Genealogical Proof for the Everyday Genealogist

March 18 @ 6:30 pm 8:30 pm MDT

Monthly Meeting & Program

“Genealogical Proof for the Everyday Genealogist”
Presented by Annette Burke Lyttle

REGISTER NOW! The program topic for this month is “Genealogical Proof for the Everyday Genealogist” presented by Annette Burke Lyttle. Annette gave us a great presentation last November on creating genealogical research plans and now will be talking to us about Genealogical Proofs.

Annette’s presentation will be covering: How do we know if the facts we’ve uncovered about our ancestors are correct? How do we avoid attaching somebody else’s ancestors to our family tree? The Genealogical Proof Standard (GPS) is our guide to producing reliable research results. This introduction to the Genealogical Proof Standard will get your research moving in the right direction and help you avoid errors and frustration.

See registration information below.
