About the Tour:
Please join us for a history tour of Riverside Cemetery on Sunday, September 22, at 10:00 a.m. Your tour guides will be Ray Thal along with Dick Cavenah.
This is a walking tour
Please plan and dress for the weather, wear good walking shoes as you will be traveling along gravel/dirt roads. Bring an umbrella for shade/rain. Hats and sunscreen advised.
Additionally: Drinking water is NOT available – so plan accordingly; and a Port-o-potty is available for use.

FULL DISCLOSURE – This tour may last from 1.5 hours to 3 hours – please feel free to stay the entire length of the tour or duck out when you must leave. Ray has many tales to tell with lots of history and interesting tidbits!

The original cemetery entrance has been closed – New Cemetery entrance is located off of York St , North of Brighton Blvd – Northwest of the Suncor Energy Office – The RED X on the map below indicates the entrance for tour.
COST: This is a FREE event, however, donations to the Fairmount Heritage Foundation are greatly appreciated.
