Arvada Family History Center
Our March BGS activity will take place at the Arvada Family History Center. We did this two years ago, and learned a lot!
FamilySearch has an excellent mobile app that you can use on your phone or notebook, and they can show you how to use it. It’s very convenient and portable when you don’t have your computer.
They will have people available for one-on-one assistance with any research. They also have several computers for your use while visiting, or you are welcome to bring your laptop. If you have any questions, you can email them at CO_Arvada@familyhistorymail.org
Please let Karen know if you plan on coming, preferably by Friday, March 21 at noon, and if you need answers about anything specific. This way, she can let them know how many to expect and what questions we need answered.
If anyone wants a ride, Karen is will to take you. She plans on leaving at 9:30 am and staying from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. If you plan to stay that long, it is suggested that you bring a lunch. If anyone driving only wants to stay from 10:00 a.m. to noon, that is fine.
