AT LAST! Tour of The Newly Remodeled Denver Public Library!
Come Join Us for a Tour of the Denver Public Library
BGS members can finally visit the newly remodeled downtown Denver Public Library and its great genealogy collection.
The Tour…
Heidi Young, Special Collections Librarian will be our guide. For more about the library, check out their website at history@denverlibrary.org.
Tour starts at 10:00 AM sharp and lasts about an hour. Afterwards, we will have the opportunity to research for about another hour.
After that, we can enjoy a healthy lunch at Mad Greens, next door to the library.
The plan is to carpool… Please meet at the Broomfield public library at 9:00 AM; a few dollars to compensate the driver for gas and parking would be greatly appreciated.
Or you are welcome to drive yourself and me us at the library (10 W 14th Avenue Pkwy. Denver, CO 80204), on the 5th floor in the lobby area a little before 10:00 AM.
