CCGS Family Tree Maker Users Group
The Colorado Council of Genealogical Societies (CCGS) Family Tree Maker Users Group started in January 2022, and Zoom meetings will continue to take place on the first Wednesday of every month. Members of any of our 30+ member societies in CCGS may join this group. Even if you are a visitor, you can join our group by sending an email to ftm@cocouncil.org with your name and email address. Host Bob Larson will invite several FTM experts to each teach a chapter on this popular software. Even if you use Ancestry tree for creating your family tree, you may be surprised how easy it is to manage FTM and to connect your FTM software to your Ancestry family tree or FamilySearch tree. We will be using only FTM2019 software. If you have an older version of FTM software and want to upgrade it or change from another vendor’s software, note that our users group is eligible for a discount.
